Absolutely obsessed with this couch! Customer service was amazing. I live in a tiny NYC apartment and was worried about it fitting through the door. Called, they answered right away and were able to give me the dimensions of the box it comes in. It was a tight squeeze but the delivery guys were awesome and made it work. They were quiet and quick while I was working from home on a meeting. The time updates were accurate and helpful. The couch itself is amazing quality, a perfect size, beautiful fabrication. Will def be buying more in the future!
