E-commerce Shipping Assistant

Position: Full Time E-commerce Shipping Assistant
Location: Irvine, California USA

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound logistics for the parcel (FedEx, UPS) and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) furniture shipments in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
  • Trace sales, allocate inventory, and track revenue through a centralized ERP platform and user-generated Excel reports
  • Coordinate outbound logistics across 10+ eCommerce sales channels for a rapidly expanding, direct-to-consumer, and commercial supply chain
  • Case management for the issue of the odd operation, requiring an in-depth understanding and ability to troubleshoot established workflows
  • Emphasize clear and proactive communication with related internal and external teams
  • Eventual duties include invoice processing, inventory tracking, cost analysis, operational performance analysis, revenue reporting, and import collaboration
  • Office and warehouse administration and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience within the logistics field, specifically in an eCommerce environment
  • Experience with larger e-commerce platforms 
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and the entire Office suite
  • Highly accurate organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills are vital. The position will involve working closely with internal and external teams
  • Experience working with LTL freight is a plus
  • Experience with furniture eCommerce is a big plus
  • Experience with NetSuite is a big plus
