Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ACG Green Group, Inc. d/b/a Jennifer Taylor Home (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses personal information in connection with www.jennifertaylorhome.com (the “Site”), our products and services, and purchases made through third-party shopping and checkout services, including AI-assisted shopping platforms.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when placing an order, creating an account, completing forms, contacting customer service, or interacting with our Site, such as name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account details, products ordered, transaction and payment-related information, and communications. We generally use third-party payment processors to process payments; what payment information we receive depends on the payment method and provider.

We may also receive personal information from third-party shopping and checkout services (including AI-assisted checkout), payment providers, delivery services, customer-support providers, and fraud-prevention partners, as necessary for transactions and related services.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring websites, and interactions with the Site. Depending on the technologies used, this information may constitute personal information under applicable law.

Cookies and Third-Party Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand traffic, improve services and support advertising. Certain advertising partners may collect or receive online identifiers and activity information across websites or services for interest-based advertising. Under some state privacy laws, these activities may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising, even without monetary payment.

Our Site provides a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link through which you may opt out of certain advertising-related sharing for your browser or device. See the “Your Privacy Rights and Choices” section below for more information.

How We Use Collected Information

We use personal information to process payments and orders; arrange shipping and delivery; address cancellations, returns and warranty claims; provide customer support; maintain, improve and secure our Site and services; detect fraud; comply with law; and retain business and transaction records. We may analyze Site activity and, subject to applicable law and your choices, provide marketing communications and personalized advertising.

We may send service-related communications about an order even if you opt out of marketing. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions in those emails. Placing an order, including through an AI-assisted shopping service, does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages or other communications for which separate consent is required.

Purchases Through Search and AI Shopping Services

We may provide product listings and related information (including descriptions, images, prices, and availability) to search engines and third-party shopping services, including services using artificial intelligence. Providing such product information does not, by itself, involve disclosing customer personal information.

When you purchase through Google Gemini, Google AI Mode, or another third-party shopping or checkout service, we may receive contact, order, delivery, payment-status, and other transaction information needed to process the purchase and support the customer. We do not necessarily receive full card credentials or the contents of AI conversations. These third parties may independently collect or use information under their own privacy policies. This Policy applies to personal information we processes, rather than information independently controlled by those platforms.

How We Share Information

We may disclose personal information to companies that assist us with payment processing, order fulfillment, delivery, product servicing, customer support, website hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and other business operations; to third-party shopping and checkout providers as necessary to facilitate transactions; and to professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or prevent fraud, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transaction.

We do not consider information shared solely to process or deliver your order to be advertising-related sharing. Advertising-related choices are described below.

How We Protect Your Information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, taking account of the type of information, transaction and warranty needs, applicable accounting and tax requirements, fraud prevention, disputes and other legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to our business, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or use for targeted advertising, subject to legal exceptions. Where applicable, you may also have rights to data portability and to appeal a denial of a privacy request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

You may use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer to access our advertising-sharing opt-out control. For other privacy requests, please contact us using the details below. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity or the authority of a person acting on your behalf. Where required by applicable law, we will also honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
