Knox 89" Modern Farmhouse Reversible Chaise Sectional Sofa, Olive Green

I ordered this sofa for my daughter. Because she lives in an apartment, I had it delivered to my home and then we took it to her apartment - up 4 flights of stairs. WE unboxed it at the foot of her stairwell. We took it up in pieces one by one, carefully unpacking each cushion and walking it up the stairs by hand. The main frame was very difficult to maneuver up that staircase but we kept it wrapped in the box to make sure it did not get damaged. My husband and brother-in-law did the heavy lifting. When we began putting it together, we noticed dark stains on some of the back cushions. One seat cushion definitely looked used. It had big long scratches along the front, like from a pet, and some pretty visible stains. on both sides. It also had a definite sag, or dent, where someone had been sitting. You could totally see it, and you could feel it when you sat down. I don't know if the entire couch was a return, but those back cushions and that seat cushion were definitely used. So disappointing, and a little disgusting! I ordered this couch because I had ordered two chairs in burnt orange of this same design and brand from Amazon for myself. I love them and they were delivered in perfectly new condition. They are in my living room and don't get used a lot, but they are holding up. With this sofa, the seat cushions seemed to sag quit quickly and the fabric has stretched and now leaves wrinkles and ripples when you get up. My daughter did not want to return the sofa because it took so much effort for us to get it into that apartment. As much as I love my two chairs, I would never order another piece of furniture from this company. I did not call to complain, so I cannot say whether they would have responded to the issues. However, the cushions should never have left the warehouse like that. I was excited to give my daughter this gift, so I was highly disappointed in the quality when we unboxed the sofa. I would not recommend this item.

Comfortable couch, the green is a little darker than it looks from the product data, but its both very comfortable and made sturdy

Good quality. Leg attachments very strong. The one fault with product design is the strange seating profile. When sitting on the sofa your back does not rest against the back of sofa. No support. We purchased lumber pillows in an effort to correct. Not sure what the designers were thinking?

I saw this beautiful couch when I was visiting family. I thought it was beautiful and sturdy, so I ordered the same one. I have not been disappointed! You could easily spend 3X the amount for a comparable sofa. It's chic, well made and a bargain. The delivery went very smoothly and it was not difficult to assemble.

Meh. After sitting on he couch the very first time, the upholstery became loose and there was an indentation that never left. For the price, I was expecting better quality. The couch was delivered visibly damaged (fabric ripped and the frame was broken) and the agent wanted to buy me off with $250 refund. Super lame. and incredibly insulting. The agent then decided to give a full refund instead of a replacement. Super lame and incredibly insulting. Never again.

I love the couch, the color is exactly like the picture. It’s beautifully made & very comfortable.
