Terms & Conditions



General disclaimer:

We strive to maintain the highest quality and consistency in our products as possible. As such, due to manufacturing and representation processes not controllable by us, differences in manufacturing materials, colors, and product designs may change without notice and may vary by lot. Therefore, it’s best to purchase all of your matching pieces at once rather than wait and purchase your items separately.


Shipping & delivery:

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs. Each of our items ship at one of the following standard rates via UPS, FedEx, or LTL: $19, $49, $89, $149, $199 and $299.


Small Parcel deliveries are done using UPS or FedEx Economy or Ground service only. These do not require a signature and your packages are often left as close as possible to your doorstep by the carrier. If you need special delivery arrangements, please contact us or the carrier directly before the first delivery attempt with your request and have your order number and tracking number available.


Large Parcel deliveries, or LTL deliveries, are done by national LTL freight carriers for items such as sofas and sectionals. LTL deliveries are delivered by our Standard Curbside Delivery where you are responsible for unloading the item(s) and everything else beyond that point. It’s highly recommended that at least 2 or more people be available as these items are typically large and/or heavy.

-       A valid phone number is needed for the carrier to contact you and schedule a date and time for delivery (usually a 4-hour time window will be given)

-       All LTL deliveries require a signature at time of delivery


Upgraded LTL Room of Choice Delivery will have your item(s) delivered to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) for $179 per item. Delivery does not include assembly or trash disposal. If you have special delivery needs and our Upgraded LTL Delivery option does not cover them, then please contact us. We will do what we can to find a solution that fits your needs.

-       All LTL deliveries require a person be home at time of delivery to receive and sign for the delivery



All non-warranty returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you receive it. You must first contact customer service in the Contact Us page to begin the return process for warranty and non-warranty returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original condition that you received. Please, the item must be in its original packaging to avoid being damaged by the shipping company.


You will be responsible for any and all shipping costs for returning your item which includes original freight cost and return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the original total cost of shipping and cost of return shipping (if paid by us) will be deducted from your refund.


If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, the original total cost of shipping and cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a 12% restock fee. If you contact the sales team regarding an order that is being returned to sender, we will do our best to re-ship the order, however, if it is returned to sender a second time, you will be refunded less ALL shipping fees and any additional fees incurred by us. Orders that are being returned to sender will not be refunded or re-sent until the items are received by our warehouse.



Once we receive your item, we will send a notification to you, the customer. We will inspect the item and notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund less the shipping costs and fees back to your credit card (or original method of payment) which can take from 5-7 business days.


Restocking fee:     

All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 12% per item. If the item is returned due to a manufacturer defect or if the incorrect item has been shipped, the restocking fee will be waived.


Sale & promotion items:

From time to time, we will run limited time sales and promotions featuring products which have temporarily been marked down. Please note that orders placed outside of the promotional period are not eligible for the sale price.                  


Cancellation policy:

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Requests for cancellation must be made immediately as some orders ship the same day. A refund will be issued back to the original credit card used to place the order less any applicable shipping fees. Cancellation requests are not a guarantee that an order will be cancelled in time, or not incur any fees.


In turn, we reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or abuse our terms and conditions of use and in situations where we have listed the item price or the shipping rate incorrectly in the website. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, item numbers, availability, and dimensions; however, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund to the original credit card.


If your order is on hold due to an invalid address, or if we contact you for more information and do not receive a response in 3 business days, your order will be canceled and your credit card will be refunded less any applicable fees.


Custom orders, clearance, & final sale items:

Almost any item in our catalog can be custom ordered. These types of orders usually have a production lead time of 8 – 10 weeks or more and are at a higher cost than our standard products. Custom orders are for items that have been discontinued and are no longer in stock, or for items to be upholstered in a material or color other than what is currently offered or previously offered for that line. Due to the labor and materials involved with crafting custom orders, all sales are final and are ineligible for cancelation, return, or refund past 24 hours after placement of order. Please contact us for pricing and more details regarding custom order items.

Clearance item orders are final sale and are ineligible for cancelation, return, or refund after placement of order and payment has been processed. Quantities are limited, and items are subject to availability prior to sale. No price adjustments are given on prior sales.





A 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase on all products sold covers manufacturer's defects for the frame, spring, foam and construction only with free parts and labor. Qualified defects will be repaired or replaced at company's option, at no cost to the customer. Customer is responsible for transportation to and from our corporate office and warehouse located in Irvine, California, USA.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: All warranties carry the following exclusions: The warranties do not cover damage as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, commercial use, institutional use, or shipping damage. These warranties do not cover buttons, tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident.  These warranties also do not cover protective finishes, velvets, and velvet types, since by their very nature, these fabrics are of soft texture and will crush, shade and mark more readily than most fabrics; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect. Our warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Any item purchased "as is" including closeouts, floor models and discontinued special purchases are excluded from warranty coverage. Warranties do not apply to our textile accessories.
