Terms and Conditions
October 28, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of jennifertaylorhome.com (the “Site”), to any purchase you make from us, and to any related services we provide (together, the “Services”). The Site and Services are operated by ACG Green Group, Inc., a California corporation, doing business as Jennifer Taylor Home (“Jennifer Taylor Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “You” means the person using the Site or Services or placing an order.
By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order — whether directly on the Site or through a third-party or agent-assisted checkout as described in Section 10 — you agree to these Terms, where you have received legally sufficient notice of and accepted them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 24 CAREFULLY. IT INCLUDES A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
2. Order Acceptance
An order you place is an offer to buy. An order number, on-screen confirmation, or automated confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not, by itself, constitute acceptance. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance, commence production of a made-to-order or custom item, or send a shipping or delivery-scheduling confirmation for the items in question. An accepted order is subject to these Terms and applicable law. For orders through third-party checkout, order and payment status displayed by the checkout provider does not itself alter our order acceptance policy, except where required by law or the checkout terms expressly accepted by us.
We may decline, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Reasons include but are not limited to stock that is no longer available, pricing or description errors, quantities that appear intended for resale, orders we are unable to verify, suspected fraud, and orders to addresses we cannot serve. If we cancel an order for which you have already been charged, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items.
3. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, delivery service charges, or applicable sales tax, which are calculated at checkout. Prices, promotions, and availability can change at any time before your order is accepted.
By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments may be authorized and captured by us or our payment service providers, including in connection with an authorized third-party checkout. We may authorize payment when you place an order and capture funds at or before shipment. For made-to-order, custom, and pre-order items, we may capture payment in full when the order is placed. Any refund will be processed through the applicable payment provider and, where feasible, to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
4. Errors and Inaccuracies
The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to price, description, dimensions, availability, or lead time. We may correct any such error and may cancel or refuse an order placed against incorrect information, including after the order was submitted and after payment was authorized. If we cancel an order on this basis we will tell you and refund you in full. Nothing in this section obligates us to honor a price that was clearly stated in error.
5. Product Appearance and Natural Variation
Our furniture is made from natural materials. Wood grain, color, and figure vary from piece to piece; fabric and leather vary in shade, texture, and the way a pattern falls across a cut; stone and marble vary in veining and tone; and natural hides vary in length, density, and color. These variations are inherent to the material and are not defects.
Screens render color differently, and photography, lighting, and finishing can shift how a color appears. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen matches the piece you receive. If color accuracy is important to your selection, we encourage you to request a swatch or sample before ordering where one is available.
Dimensions and weights are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Please confirm that a piece fits your space, and your route to that space, before ordering — see Section 8.
6. Made-to-Order, Custom, and Pre-Order Items
Many of our pieces are made to order, which means production begins against your specific order rather than being pulled from stock. Items identified on the product page as made to order, custom, or built to your specification cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded once the order is placed, except where required by applicable law or where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Lead times shown for made-to-order and pre-order items are estimates based on information from our production partners. They are not guarantees, and they can move for reasons outside our control. If a lead time changes materially we will contact you and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
If an item is out of stock or backordered after you order it, we will contact you with a revised date and you may keep the order, substitute where a suitable alternative exists, or cancel the affected item, subject to applicable law.
7. Shipping and Delivery Methods
Delivery method depends on the size and weight of the item and is indicated at checkout. Smaller items ship by parcel carrier. Larger furniture ships by freight, and freight deliveries are scheduled by appointment with you or the carrier.
Where we offer upgraded delivery services — including room-of-choice placement and white glove delivery with assembly and packaging removal — the scope of each service is described at the point of purchase. Services not expressly included are not provided.
Our delivery teams do not perform electrical, plumbing, or structural work, do not hang or anchor items to walls or ceilings unless expressly stated, do not remove existing furniture unless that service was purchased, and may decline any task they judge unsafe.
Delivery windows and transit times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, port or road conditions, production delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Full shipping and delivery details are set out on our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these Terms.
8. Your Responsibilities at Delivery
You are responsible for confirming, before you order, that each item will fit through the doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and turns between the delivery vehicle and its destination, and that it fits the space you intend it for. Delivery teams will not remove doors, windows, railings, or fixtures, and will not hoist items through openings.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including any building access requirements, elevator reservations, loading dock restrictions, gate codes, and certificates of insurance your building requires. An adult aged 18 or over must be present to accept and sign for a freight delivery.
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is present, because access was not as described, because the item does not fit, or because required building arrangements were not made, you may be charged for redelivery, storage, and any return freight incurred. A refused delivery is treated as a return under Section 11 and is subject to the same charges.
9. Inspection, Damage, and Shortages
Inspect your order at the time of delivery, before the driver leaves. This is the single most important step in protecting a freight claim.
If packaging shows any damage, or if an item is damaged or missing, note it specifically on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing, and photograph the packaging, the damage, and the shipping label. Signing a clean delivery receipt makes a damage claim substantially harder to pursue and may prevent recovery from the carrier.
Report any damage, defect, or shortage to us at support@jennifertaylorhome.com within 5 days of delivery, with photographs of the item, the damage, the packaging, and the label. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion. Claims made after 5 days may be denied. Nothing in this reporting procedure limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Risk of loss and title to each item pass to you when the item is delivered to the address you provided, or when a delivery is refused or cannot be completed for the reasons described in Section 8.
10. Purchases Made Through Third-Party and Agent-Assisted Channels
Our products may be presented, and orders may be initiated or completed, through third-party surfaces — including marketplaces, shopping channels, and AI assistants or shopping agents acting on your instruction. Where an order for our products is placed through any such channel and we are the seller of record, these Terms govern that purchase as they govern a purchase made directly on the Site, provided they are properly presented and accepted as required by applicable law.
If you authorize an agent or assistant to transact on your behalf, you are responsible for the instructions you give it and for the resulting authorized order, to the same extent as if you had placed the order yourself. We rely on the order details transmitted to us — items, quantities, delivery address, and payment authorization — and we are not responsible for a third-party channel’s independent AI-generated descriptions, recommendations, or presentation of our products, prices, availability, lead times, or policies where it differs from the information provided or confirmed by us, except as required by applicable law.
Where there is a conflict, the information we confirm in the accepted order and these Terms control, subject to applicable law and any mandatory disclosures or conditions presented at checkout.
Third-party channels have their own terms and privacy practices governing your use of them. Those terms are between you and that provider. Personal information we receive in connection with purchases through third-party or AI-assisted checkout channels is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns page, which forms part of these Terms and applies to purchases for which we are the seller of record, including purchases through authorized Google or other third-party AI-assisted checkout channels. It sets out eligibility, timeframes, and charges in full. In summary:
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, new and unused, in the original packaging.
- Return shipping and freight charges are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- Eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Original delivery and service charges, including upgraded delivery services, are not refundable.
- Made-to-order, custom, clearance, final-sale, and as-is items are not returnable, except where an item arrives damaged or defective.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method through the applicable payment provider, where feasible, after the returned item is received and inspected, subject to the published refund timetable and applicable law.
Items returned without authorization, outside the return window, or in used, assembled, modified, or damaged condition may be refused or refunded in part.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other remedy required by applicable law.
12. Warranty
Our products carry the one-year limited product warranty described on our Returns page, including coverage, exclusions, remedies, and how to make a claim. This express product warranty is separate from the disclaimers regarding the Site, Services, and independent third-party or AI-generated content in Section 20. No provision of these Terms excludes implied warranties to the extent their disclaimer is prohibited by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or other applicable law.
Except for the express limited product warranty and any implied warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, disclaimers of the Site and non-product Services are set out in Section 20.
13. Protection Plans and Other Third-Party Offerings
We may offer product protection plans or other services provided by third parties. Those plans are contracts between you and the provider, not with us. The provider is solely responsible for the coverage, its terms, its exclusions, its claims process, and its performance. Purchasing a protection plan does not change the limited warranty in Section 12 or your rights under these Terms.
14. Promotions and Offers
From time to time we run promotions, discounts, gift-with-purchase offers, and similar programs. Each is subject to its own stated terms, may be limited in time or quantity, may exclude certain products or categories, and may not be combinable with other offers. We may modify or end a promotion at any time.
If an order containing a promotional item is cancelled or returned in whole or in part, the promotional benefit may be recalculated or forfeited, and an item purchased at a quantity discount may be repriced if the qualifying quantity is no longer met.
15. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@jennifertaylorhome.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. We are not liable for loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where that use did not result from our failure.
16. Acceptable Use
When using the Site or Services, you may not:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe or misappropriate anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
- send unsolicited commercial messages through or about the Site;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means not expressly made available by us, including for the purpose of training or improving any software, model, or dataset;
- introduce malware or anything else designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site, the Services, or the systems of others;
- impersonate any person or entity, or engage in phishing or other fraudulent activity;
- attempt to circumvent any security or access-control measure protecting the Site or Services;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site or Services; or
- encourage or assist anyone else in doing any of the above.
Automated access by AI agents and assistants acting on a customer’s instruction, through interfaces we make available for that purpose, is permitted and is addressed in Section 10.
17. Content You Submit
The Site may let you submit reviews, photographs, questions, comments, or other material (“Your Content”). You keep whatever rights you hold in Your Content.
By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, and distribute Your Content in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Site, the Services, and our products. This license lets us feature a customer photograph in marketing, for example, or quote a review.
You represent that you own or otherwise have the rights to Your Content, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that any person identifiable in it has consented. We may decline, edit, or remove Your Content at any time and for any reason, and we are not obligated to publish or retain it.
18. Our Intellectual Property
Other than Your Content, everything on the Site — including text, photography, illustrations, video, product designs, software, and the design and arrangement of the Site itself — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by United States and international law. Our names, logos, and brand elements are our trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse any part of the Site, including its markup, styling, scripts, or design elements, without our prior written permission.
19. Copyright Complaints
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent at support@jennifertaylorhome.com, or Jennifer Taylor Home, 7 Autry, Irvine, CA 92618.
Your notice must include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material you say is infringing and where it appears on the Site, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature.
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and telephone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you are located (or, if outside the United States, the federal court covering Orange County, California) and your agreement to accept service from the complaining party.
We may forward your counter-notice, including your contact information, to the party who complained. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Please send only copyright notices to this address. Other inquiries should go to support@jennifertaylorhome.com.
20. Disclaimers
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 12 AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND NON-PRODUCT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE AND NON-PRODUCT SERVICES, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT INFORMATION OR INDEPENDENT AI-GENERATED CONTENT ON THIRD-PARTY SHOPPING CHANNELS WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT OUR EXPRESS PRODUCT WARRANTY OR ANY NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS OR REMEDIES RELATING TO PRODUCTS WE SELL.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, THE SERVICES, ANY PRODUCT, OR THIRD-PARTY SHOPPING CHANNELS, INCLUDING INDEPENDENT AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR TECHNICAL INTERRUPTIONS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS EXCLUSION DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT US TO EXCLUDE.
You acknowledge that our pricing reflects this allocation of risk and that these limitations form a basis of the agreement between us.
22. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jennifer Taylor Home and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, Your Content, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
We may assume the defense of any such matter at our own expense, and you agree to cooperate with us if we do.
23. Questions and Concerns
If something has gone wrong with your order or your experience with us, please contact us at support@jennifertaylorhome.com or (800) 888-6861 before taking any other step. Most issues are resolved quickly once we know about them, and we would always rather hear from you directly.
24. Governing Law; Individual Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT, AND WAIVES CLASS PROCEEDINGS AND JURY TRIAL RIGHTS WHERE LEGALLY PERMITTED.
Informal Resolution. Before commencing arbitration, either party must send the other a written notice describing the dispute and proposed relief, and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution. Notices to us should be sent to ACG Green Group, Inc. d/b/a Jennifer Taylor Home, Attn: Legal/Dispute Notice, 7 Autry, Irvine, CA 92618, with a copy to support@jennifertaylorhome.com. We may contact you at the contact information associated with your order. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court rather than arbitration.
Agreement to Arbitrate. Except for small claims matters and claims that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, any dispute arising out of or relating to your purchase, these Terms, the Site or Services, including purchases through authorized third-party or AI-assisted checkout channels, will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, as modified only where permitted. The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement of this agreement to arbitrate. The arbitrator may award relief available under applicable law. The arbitration may be conducted by documents, telephone, video, or in person, consistent with AAA rules and consumer due process requirements.
Arbitration Fees. Consumer filing and other arbitration fees will be allocated under the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and fee schedule, and we will pay amounts required of the business. Nothing here requires you to pay fees that would make arbitration unavailable under applicable law.
Individual Proceedings Only. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND WE AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A court of competent jurisdiction, not the arbitrator, will decide the enforceability of this class-action waiver. If the waiver is finally held unenforceable for a particular claim and the applicable law requires that claim to proceed on a class or representative basis, that claim will proceed in court, not class arbitration, and the remaining arbitrable claims may proceed individually to the extent permitted by law.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days after your first purchase governed by this version of the Terms to the postal or email address above, stating your name, contact information, order number (if available), and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect the remainder of these Terms.
Governing Law and Courts. California law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement. Claims not subject to arbitration may be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue under applicable law; subject to that law, the parties consent to state and federal courts in Orange County, California. Nothing waives nonwaivable consumer protections.
Severability. Except as specifically provided for the class waiver, if any portion of this Section is unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, with the remainder enforced to the extent permitted by law.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to the Site, and the effective date at the top will tell you when it last changed. The Terms in effect at the time you place an order govern that order. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
26. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect, use, and disclose, including information received through third-party and AI-assisted checkout. Cookies, pixels, analytics, session recording, and chat tools, to the extent used, are addressed in that policy and are subject to applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements.
